This significant project was initiated by the Chanthaburi Provincial Cultural Office with a steadfast commitment to promoting and developing local dishes for wider recognition. It seeks to create tangible Thai value and identity that can be experienced through taste. More than just a cooking competition, this is a journey to rediscover the stories, history, and wisdom hidden within every dish from Chanthaburi.
